Apprendre à cuisiner avec un chef Italien, amoureux des produits biologiques et de qualités, rien de mieux pour fédérer vos équipes et partager un moment convivial.
Tous les produits sont issus des filières responsables.
Vous découvrirez dans une ambiance chaleureuse toutes les étapes pour confectionner votre menu. Fabrication des pates pour élaborer des lasagnes, fabriquer les gressins, le pain, sans oublier le dessert - apprenez à faire une glace maison qui accompagnera divinement l’incontournable Tiramisu.
L’activité se déroule en plusieurs étapes :
1- Cours de cuisine
Constitution des équipes
Répartition des équipes par atelier (confection des pâtes, gressins, glace, découverte des vins et fromage italiens…)
Le chef vous communiquera sa passion pour la cuisine naturelle, sa philosophie : « S’asseoir à table est un moment d’équilibre pendant lequel on se détache des autres activités et on crée l’harmonie »
2- Dégustation des produits élaborés par vos soins
Menu 2 plats avec un apéritif et accord met et vin
- Cuisine organique & Italienne
- Moment de convivialité & de partage
- Gourmand, gourmet
- Max 50 personnes
