TEAM COOKERY CHALLENGE
A UNIQUE APPROACH TO A DINING EXPERIENCE
Our cookery based team building events are tailored to your group's size, your chosen location and the goals you set for the outcome of your team building day.
You can choose a regional cuisine with traditional ingredients from the local area to prepare in a dedicated kitchen, and enjoy a meal at the end of the day eating what you prepared; or perhaps a cupcake masterclass if you all have a sweet tooth; or even al fresco dining by cooking in the outdoors with some basic equipment and a budget for you to source the ingredients locally.
Example program - cook and dine with an Italian chef
Your group will be divided into teams and tasked to make one of the following dishes for an Italian feast using responsibly sourced, organic local produce.
Tricolore salad
Home baked foccaccia bread
Fresh ragout and bechemel sauce lasagne
Rich and indulgent tiramisu
Throughout the team building challenge your chef will guide you through the processes and explain the origins of the dishes you are preparing.
Once you have created your masterpieces it will be time to relax and enjoy your dishes with carefully selected wines.
