Anna Gilbert, Event Manager at Haute Pursuit, attended the Collaborative Art™ training and now delivers the workshops as part of our portfolio of corporate team building activities we are able to offer you.

So what is a Collaborative Art™ (view video) workshop? There are a number of art workshops to choose from and we can even design something bespoke for your corporate team – our most popular though is the “Picasso Portrait” workshop; participants will have to represent themselves on canvas using pastels as their art medium. You will be professionally guided through the process of your self-portrait and we help you to overcome any misconceptions you may have of the art medium/form.

By composing your self-portrait you expose your personality to your colleagues through your creation. Once each participant has completed their self-portrait the group discusses each one in turn, creating dialogue and interaction, and the opportunity to better understand each of your colleagues as a result.

At the end of the team building workshop each participant gets to take their Picasso masterpiece away with them so that you can furnish your offices with the art if you wish. Haute Pursuit also offers the possibility to digitise your artwork onto canvas.
