Upcoming Events In Chamonix Mont-Blanc 2011

So much to do in Chamonix, plenty to watch (or participate in!), see below:

Marathon du Mont-Blanc (26th June) – 42 km race through breath-taking landscapes of the Hautes-Alpes area.
Bastilles Day (14th July) – Live an unforgettable moment with amazing fireworks, outdoor music, all in a very festive atmosphere.
Climbing World Cup (10-13th July) See the best climbers in the world compete in speed and technical trials in the famous outdoor competition.
Fete des guides (12th-15th August) – Chamonix gets red, great atmosphere, outdoors buffet and bar, the Guides are making the show in the Chamonix streets.
Ultra trail du Mont-Blanc (22nd-28th of August) – One of the most sought competition of the Valley, 3 countries racing, 4 trails. Browse more than 160km of racing, 9500m of positive gradient, through the most amazing landscapes of the Mont-Blanc area.
