DESTINATION MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT TO PRESS LAUNCH
There is no better back drop than the spectacular and jawdropping scenery of the Alps for the most memorable car launch. With some amazing mountain passes in the Mont Blanc Massif region and the possibility to drive on French, Italian and Swiss alpine roads, Infiniti decided Chamonix would be the perfect base for the media launch of their new car, the Q50.
Infiniti then engaged the corporate event management services of Haute Pursuit to assist them in the successful delivery of their corporate product launch.
Haute Pursuit's solution:
Select challenging driving routes where activities and visits could be incorporated.
Evening social events, organising two very different and exclusive dining experiences.
Maintain the fleet of cars, ensuring they were fuelled, immaculately detailed, the satnavs were programmed, water and soft drinks provided.
Throughout the corporate product launch, the Haute Pursuit team were on hand to ensure smooth running of the itinerary, catering for Infiniti staff and journalist needs, supplier liaison and any other event management issues that needed addressing.

Drive cars to Martigny, enabling the journalists to experience the cars handling on challenging alpine roads
Surprise stop before the border for downhill sledding activity
Group visit to the historic car collection at Fondation Pierre Gianadda
Return to Chamonix for a unique dinner experience in a traditional yourte
